Delete your account

Our apps are operated by BABA VIDYUT ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

From inside the app

Open the menu and tap Delete Account, then confirm. We record your request and start processing it.

If you cannot open the app

Email CustomerService@jWalk.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Tell us your name, the registered mobile number, and which of our apps the account is for.

What happens next

• We may contact you on your registered email or mobile number to confirm the request is yours.
• We delete your account and personal data within 60 days of your request.
